Yes! We backup on a daily basis as standard, higher plans have even more regular backups, down to every hour!
Generally, our servers don’t tend to go down, but if your site does have some sort of trouble, we’ll look into why and resolve that ASAP. We have alerts setup in-case anything does happen. But this year we’ve had a 100% uptime rate!
Of course! Features can be added at either an hourly rate or an increase to your monthly bill to help spread the cost!
Sure thing, but we do add £10 a month per custom made page.
